My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious but lacking in towels and cleanliness upon arrival, yet the affordable price allowed for separate sleeping arrangements for the family. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, though a somewhat insensitive response to a special request. The location was convenient but suffered from peak traffic times, and the dining options, while decent, could use improvement. Despite these issues, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is on the outskirts of San Antonio, close to other good restaurants and Fiesta-Texas/Six Flags. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for visiting with family and friends. The service was friendly and efficient, going out of their way to help. The location is a little tricky to get to but provides easy access to the area's attractions. The dining experience was amazingly convenient, offering many choices, and the area was kept very clean.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the kickback meal was great. However, it does get crowded at times. The hotel also offers three free cocktails and a delicious complimentary breakfast.
